Spanish is a national language of México, same as other 68 natives languages, so it's a offical language as you can read in the mexican law.

Also you can add United States as spanish is official language in Puerto Rico.

My quiz will stay consistent with this quiz. Mexico and the United States both do not have official languages, Spanish and English are de facto the national languages though.
