Five Biggest Cities by Subdivision on a Map

Can you name the five biggest cities by population, for each territorial subdivision of various countries on the map below?
One answer has been given for free, as it silly, adds nothing to the quiz and I make the rules on my own quizzes
City populations are given as urban population, although the methodology may differ between regions

Credits to your user profile for getting me Lethbridge. Amazing Quiz! Got 23. 20 from Gujarat, Florida, and Alberta, and Queensland.Only other ones I got were Cancun, Cardiff, and Hangzhou. Only thing is Gujarát and Zhenjiang both have flags that weren’t included here.

Thank you, coming from a small, lesser known city I'm glad that people are recognizing Lethbridge. I cannot find any flags for Gujarat and Zhejiang, either official or de facto. India allows state flags, however the country takes their national flag seriously and there seems to be opposition to flying any other sort of flag (I've only seen 3 or 4 Indian state flags, none are currently official). China, on the other hand, does not seem to tolerate provincial flags, although some cities fly their own. As a flag fan, it disappoints me :(

No state has any official flag in India currently. Only former Jammu and Kashmir had it's own flag, but after abolishment of an article from our constitution by central government last year, Kashmir no longer had right to have its own flag.

Yes I also read that Karnataka was pursuing a state flag recently, but that they dropped the proposal for whatever reason. I don't imagine Indian states will have their own flags anytime soon.

State flags are actually discouraged to curb separatism .

From what I've read online, especially on Quora, I highly doubt many Indians would like their own state flag (besides maybe separatists). For the most part, Indians seem to have a lot of pride towards the national flag instead. Many countries don't have regional flags, however, I know for a fact that many smaller nations don't have them (for a variety of reasons, including simply a lack of reason to create them). Thanks for the imput.

I will use any de facto or unofficial flags, so long as they are recognized to be the flag of said territorial unit.

I would like to continue it (albeit with given themes such as island subdivisions etc.) but you are always welcome to make your own version as you see fit :)
