Northern British Columbia Cities on the Map

The vast and rugged north of British Columbia is known for heavy industry, transportation and adventure tourism Home to mines and pulp mills, a major train route from the sea through Jasper, Alberta and amazing, often remote waterfalls, mountains and lakes. Plan a canoe trip in the Bowron Lakes, or visit historical ghost towns such as Barkerville. This region hosts the origin of the mighty Fraser River, whic heventually makes its way to Vancouver, but also Mount Robson, the tallest mountain in the Canadian Rockies.

There are 26 cities, towns, villages and districts in the region, how many can you name?

Peace River has been excluded, as I'm planning a seperate quiz on the trans-provincial region
The far north of British Columbia only features unincorporated settlements, so they have been excluded (this includes the top of Kitimat-Stikine Regional District, despite it being in the quiz), likewise, Cariboo Regional District is often considered to be a central region, but I'm grouping it with the north

The first region in my series that I have never been to! The picture is of the Nechako River banks in Prince George, which used to host an annual Sandblast competition. It started with skiing down the banks, but turns into a race in which competitors rode unconventional objects down the cutbanks. It ended after a brutal sofa accident sent 5 people to hospital.

I should mention that population growths and falls can be variable. A lot of the cities with negative growth from 2011-2016 actually had positive growth from 2006-2011. Sometimes decline is predictable. For example, the main employer in Burns Lake, a wood mill, exploded in 2012 leading to job loss. These patterns have been around throughout the series, I just found them particularly noticeable here.
