You should accept HCMC, because that's how it's featured on maps and signs. Just like NYC or LA.

Got 21, this is a great quiz. I'd like to recommend adding maybe a city on the Indonesian side of New Guinea, like Sorong.

New Guinea is technically is Oceania, as a part of Melanesia, so I will include both Papua New Guinea and the Indonesian states of Papua and West Papua in that quiz. Thanks for the feedback :)

That's because Georgetown is in fact the largest city on Penang.
