The answer for the fight or flight should be adrenalin(e). That is the name that is used in (most of) the entire word besides japan and the US. It is the original name, named by the guy that isolated the hormone. US uses a different name because of something to do with patenting. (so epenephrine should still remain as an acceptable answer in my opinion)
