Very nice quiz! I haven't read Othello, so I was surprised to see Iago with such a high number of lines.

Maybe add some info to the directions--such as lines from a single play or something along those lines. Characters who appear in more than one play (e.g. Margaret, Falstaff) have more lines than some depicted here.
