Summer Olympics - The Modern Pentathlon

The Modern Pentathlon was developed by Pierre de Cubertin, the founder of the modern Olympics, designed to showcase the skills of a soldier: Fencing, Shooting, Swimming, Running and Horsemanship (Jumping). First introduced in the 1912 games, the women's event was added in 2000. Simply list the countries (team) of the medal winners. The number of medals won is a helpful hint in the left column.
Remember, not all countries (teams) exist any more.
