Countries Owning the 200 Most Populous Islands

Name the countries that own four or more of the 200 most populous islands in the world. To be specific, I used the top 204 most populous islands in the world, but that just didn't seem like as nice of a number to put in the title. Each of the 204 islands has more than 100,000 people.
