Countries With the Most Serial Killers

The Radford University along with the Florida Gulf Coast University has compiled a serial killer database, to help researchers, teachers and law enforcement. The definition of a serial killer used is adopted from an FBI symposium on serial killers in 2005: "The unlawful killing of two more more victims by the same offender(s), in separate events."
