Languages of the Greater Dandenong Region, Melbourne

I live in Greater Dandenong, Melbourne. Recently local council elections were held. Because of Covid-19, voting was done exclusively by mail. How to vote instructions were sent to every household. Instructions on how to vote were printed in 21 different languages. Have a go at trying to guess the different languages.
