You should accept things like Eb. It should not be required to add the words major, or minor as well. I knew all of these, but typing every possible answer was annoying.

There are 2 minor chords in a major diatonic scale; chords two and six. NOT three

There are actually three; the third one is also minor (eg: in the key of C major the minor chords are D minor (second), E minor (third) and A minor (sixth)).

Question 10 is very confusing. There should be 30 eighth note triplets in a 5/2 time signature, not 10. I think you should rephrase the question to "how many eighth note triplet units are in a measure with a time signature of 5/2. Then the answer would be 10.

Hmm I'm not very sure about that. When saying "eighth-note triplet" one already implies a single unit of three eighth-notes, of which there are 10 in a 5/2 measure. I'm not asking how many eighth-notes there are.
