This should be updated because the current PM is Teresa May. Also I have never heard anyone say 'blues and twos' before

we always say blues and twos in the midlands, but not for police...

blues and two's are actually generally used for ambulances. they are not supposed to sound the sirens in heavy traffic as it can startle drivers which is why they use their lights. though most use the sirens too.
