Maybe you're right, time was hard to choose for me as this is my first submitted quiz. What time would be appropriate in your opinion?

About 4 minutes would be okay in my opinion. Maybe 4:15

They all belonged to the Holy Roman Empire.

The Holy Roman Empire is not the same as Germany. Antwerp and the others never were German cities, not politically, not linguistically and not ethnically.

In 1849 Vienna was part of the Austrian empire?

Not really. There were quite some revolutions in 1848-1850, but they weren't successful, the "Deutsche Bund" was eventually re-established in 1851 already.

I do understand the austrian cities and the historically german cities in Poland but the Belgian cities are very questionable.

How can you have both Vienna and Königsberg (Kaliningrad) in 1849? Vienna was Austrian. Or if you argue that Vienna was part of Deutscher Bund at that time, then how come you include Königsberg while it was in a part of Prussia that was not included in the Deutscher Bund.

Like they were not in the same country, one was in Austria and one in Prussia, nor were they in the same confederation, Vienna was inside Deutscher Bund while Königsberg was outside of it

I like the idea, but it wasn't clear to me that cities outside modern Germany were eligible. Maybe worth including something clarifying that in the caveats?

You need to clarify that cities outside modern Germany count. Also, please accept Konigsburg.
