Nice quiz but I'd suggest that you include CPRS (Cyprus) and allow ESTTMR (East Timor) for Timor Leste.

You definitely didn't get it... Y isn't vowel in this quiz, and E in East Timor is obviously a vowel

Y is not a vowel (Cyprus) and E is a vowel (East Timor)

Ha yeah you're right but when I typed them into the quiz I'm sure I did it correctly. Just my comment that is idiotic :)

I have had this conversation earlier. I am not saying that you should change anything here, but for linguistic awareness, "y" in the country name "Cyprus" represents vowel sound(s), not consonant. Compare it for example to word "yes", here it represents consonant.

Different languages have different ortographical conventions. In Finnish "y" represents always vowel, which is quite similar to vowel sound in English word "new". The country Cyprus is written "Kypros", which is how we pronounce it.

Thank you for the quiz, it was fun!

Y in Cyprus is a vowel. Also, I kept getting random countries correct as type-ins. When I put in BRN for Brunei, Iran popped up. Probably a pain in the butt to fix, but probably worthwhile.

That was fun. So much quicker typing countries without vowels.

Small note - the S isn’t required on United Aran Emirates

Nice quiz! Very original. Just one thing though: bhrn works for both Bahrain and Iran, so you might want to change what is accepted for Iran.

Didn't realise Kyrgyzstan had only one vowel until now!

Very cool quiz :)

In Kyrgyzstan’s case, the ys are vowels. This quiz shouldn’t include the Y in Cyprus or the Ys in Kyrgyzstan. However, Yemen should remain how it is.
