Good quiz, I think you have to change some of the y's to vowels if they are used that way for Pennsylvania, Maryland, maybe New Jersey, Wyoming, and Kentucky. You can double check tho.

A lot of the Ys here are vowels.

In the English language Y is not a vowel (thats English, not American). I think the quiz is correct. Great quiz BTW. Just about made it in time.
