Cali is east of "Cordillera Central", which is part of the Andes. Arequipa is on the Andes with some areas of the city above 9k feet above sea level. Barranquilla, Cartagena and Maracaibo are north of the Andes, not West. Examples of cities that you can use are: any city in Chile, Buenaventura, Tumaco, and the Peruvian/ Ecuadorian cities that you already have.

Maybe Change the name to South American Countries West of the Andes because Los Angeles is west of the Andes.

the andes is only in south america right? in north america there are the rocky mountains
