I don't think there's a way, unless the quiz gets featured and Quizmaster does something :D Having just symbols in 4-5 columns would probably work well enough but I don't think you can set the number of columns

Actually, I would rather just have the elements be on top of the Periodic Table

I used Inkscape to find the paths for each of the elements in the table. If you are able to copy a featured map quiz you can figure out how to go from there.

sorry, i looked it up and caesium was the british spelling
