I wouldn't classify any of these as "Don't really exist." Even 0%ers like Transnistria are self governed and have little to do with the claiming nation. Like cpg said I think ISIL or Al Shabab or Sealand would be much more appropriate for 'Self declared' but 'not really existing'

Once recognition passes 50%, then still claiming something doesn't exist is just getting silly. Sahrawi has been misspelt (therefore Sharawi really, really really doesn't exist). I agree with xkhan44x.
