Note: I consider Northern New Mexico part of the Rockies. However, all of their cities in that region have city proper population below 100K. Albuquerque, New Mexico's largest city, their mountain range is not part of the Rockies.
Edmonton is 200 miles from the Rockies. Kelowna is in the Kootenay Mountains, not the Rockies.... I'm sure a lot of others are not "in the Rockies" as well.
