"United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" 17 vowels... in neither case is USA or UK the NAME OF THE COUNTRY, especially when you actually use the full names of UAE, CAR, DRC and spell out the "Saint" in St Vincent and the Grenadines... let alone "Federated States of Micronesia" which is called that by no one, either FSM or just Micronesia. You may have used Jetpunk's list as a guide, but it is very inconsistent.
The quizzer told us the rules by saying s/he had used the 'Countries of the World' quiz. Perhaps address your comment to QM if you are concerned with his/JP's inconsistences in this area?
I understand Jetpunk is inconsistent with spelling among different quizzes. But, I had to use the same source for all the names and the most logical choice (On Jetpunk at least) was "The Countries of the World" quiz. So, I used the exact spelling present in that quiz.
