I wonder what kind of sugar it is. I eat a lot of fruit during the day. I bet I consume tons of sugar. But fruit is healthy.

Oh I suspect these data derive from sales of packet sugar, white, brown, Demerera etc, rather than the good sugars in fruits, along with those beneficial acids and fibre :-)
