Ski Resorts Quiz

Can you guess some of these famous ski resorts from all around the world?
due to me being from the UK I have a very limited knowledge of US ski resorts, so a comment improving my understanding from you Americans would be great! Thanks!
Also, after doing some research I found out that the Milton Keynes Snowdome is classed as a ski resort, which, if your English, is very funny!
