I didn't realize the endings of the capitals were so diverse! As to your question, I know 2 ways:
1) You change the answers in "Step 2 - Answers" to whatever you want visible when people guess them right (it can even be symbols or emojis or whatever). Then you go to "Step 3 - Type-Ins" and you use the "Custom" mode for each answer, delete the symbol/answer you have put there and instead put in the answers that people will be guessing. So e.g. you put in "Minsk" in "Step 2", but in "Step 3" only allow the type-in "sk". Don't be bothered by the warning that will probably show.
2) Or you can keep the answers as you have them and then in the "Step 4 - Design Grid" you choose the "Manual" mode instead of Auto mode and in the "Manual Cell Options" you choose "Text" for each answer and you fill in whatever text you want. However, I'm afraid that in this way people will see the answers as you have them now in the final Answer Stats so the first way is imo more suitable for your needs.
