Top 10 Most Visited Caribbean Island Countries and Territorries

Name the ten most visited islands nations or territories in the Caribbean area, according to Traveller's Digest in 2014.
Source = http://www.travelersdigest.com/7235-the-ten-most-visited-caribbean-islands/
Three of the answers are technically not in the Caribbean, but in the nearby Atlantic.
Answer may be an island or group of islands, even country name. The source is not very consistent. I've tried to allow many type-ins.

Nice quiz. Maybe rename it to "Most Visited Caribbean Countires and Territories", because I'm sure that's what your source was going for.

Thanks. Changes made. Island is still a key word. Otherwise, Mexico (and perhaps others), would make the list.

Sint Marteen and Aruba are not territories that are constitutional countries of the Kingdom of the Netherlands just like how England is a constitutional country of the UK.

Sint Maarten and Aruba are indeed countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands ... but what does that have to do with this quiz? The title is "Top 10 Most Visited Caribbean Island Countries and Territories". The quiz maker was very clear. Don't start an argument where there is no merit.
