Great quiz- you might want to switch "Titanic" for some other film - because there are three films nominated for Best Picture in your group leaving "Sleepless" out... I realize that 2 won and 1 was only nominated, but there's still three films nominated for Best Picture and one not... since Tom Hanks is your tie together, perhaps a non-nominated for Best Picture film that doesn't star Tom Hanks?

Here's a helpful strategy: try for find the most-exclusive group that any three of the options can fit into, then choose the option that is left over. This helps avoid wrong answers like:"Neon, because it's the only noble gas"Avoided because that would mean the other three's group is "things that are not noble gases," which is not very exclusive at all."Sleepless in Seattle, because the other three were nominated for Best Picture"Avoided because "Tom Hanks movies" is more exclusive than "Best Picture nominees" (~50 vs ~560)This takes care of the vast majority of alternative answers being offered here.

6. Astronomy

I was right by technicality, but because I didn't select Pluto marked it as incorrect. I chose Uranus because it is the only planet listed that was not named after a Roman god.

I was right, Quiz said I was wrong.

Suggestion, replace Uranus with another planet name or mark Uranus as a correct answer.

Lol, what? Uranus is named after a Roman God. Or at least the latinization of a greek god
+1
Level 67
Feb 3, 2020
No it isnt actually, Ouranus is a Greek God, not a Roman one (Mars, venus etc are Roman) He was the personification of the sky/the heavens and partner of Gaia the personification of earth, together they had the titans (amongst others) and Zeus is the son of one of the titans (Kronos which is Saturn). Jupiter is the Roman version of Zeus. So Uranus is basicly Jupiter's granddad.

Brussels can be the correct answer because it has 8 letters and the other cities has 6 letters.

Athens can be the correct answer because it starts with a vowel and the other cities start with consonant.

Zurich can be the correct answer because its not a capital and the other cities is a capital.

Madrid can be the correct answer because its the only city that city proper population is more than 1 million and the other cities is less that 1 million.
