I don't see why Essen gets to claim the population of the Ruhr but Dortmund doesn't. According to Wikipedia: "[Dortmund] is considered to be the administrative, commercial and cultural centre of the region. . . . Moreover, Dortmund is the largest city by area and population in the Ruhr Area."
I guess it's because Essen is located in the centre of Duisburg-Essen-Bochum-Dortmund metro area. But for the Ruhr to be counted as one of the largest cities and ranked ahead of Bangkok, I think it also included Dusseldorf and Cologne.
There are many spelling errors and a lot of these are just straight up wrong. And some when spelled right dont get counted like when I typed Kuala Lumpur it didn't work. Fix this quiz.
For Kolkata, India is misspelled as "Inida".
It's "Bengaluru" or "Bangalore". "Bangaluru" does not exist
Ruhr area is misspelled as "Rurh"
Surat is located in India, not Iraq.
Myanmar is misspelled as "Myannmar".
Honestly surprised there were this many errors in a simple quiz
