Just to help you using your rules. These are the biggest cities beginning with the letters you don't have. Q: Quincy. U: Utica. X: Xenia. Z: Zanesville. Hope it helps.

Thank you! I won't add them to the quiz, because they're all lower than 100k, but it's nice to know what they are :)

The issue is if I add them to the quiz, then I'd need to add every city with a population above them for other letter also, which is a lot. If I get time someday, maybe I'll make this bigger by including Cities over 50k or something.
