Thank you for your recommendation Jeremy! It's good to know the hours of work put into this is appreciated and the result is actually liked by others :)
This is a very impressive quiz, I love it! I'm surprised by how much of the board I seem to have forgotten. My family's original Monopoly set pretty much fell apart so we are more used to the Leeds edition.
This is awesome, so glad this was made, and really impressed myself. Monopoly was definitely a big influence when I first moved to London, really helped me remember a lot of if. I will be walking down a street thinking, 'This is red!'
I've never played uk monopoly. Only got Park Lane, Liverpool St. Station, Kings Cross, and Leicester Square. Should note that I'm American and have never been to the uk.
This is superb. Interesting that there should be some which are clearly more difficult than others. I got Bow Street and Marlborough Street muddled up, which seems to be the most common mistake – but I can't think why that should be.
Mine has to be Pentonville Road. Actually, my tactic was always to buy the two brown areas and, if I get lucky, all the blue areas as well. They're cheap, and building on them is cheap. Within a couple of turns I've got a hotel on each and every one of them. Pentonville has the best value for money, cuz building price is the same as Old Kent (250 pounds) while hotel rent is quite high (I think somewhere around 600). If you can bombmine all the properties on that side of the board as early on in the game as possible, before any one else had a chance to build anything, it becomes really unlikely that no one will stop on any of them at least once, and lose enough money to hinder their audacious plans for their fancy areas.
Couple that with King's Cross, Income Tax, and an unlucky Chance or Community Chest every now and then and you've given yourself every chance of a speedy massacre.
I would appreciate if the ones that turn up on the square on the board when I made an incorrect guess, if the corresponding name on the list would go red so I don't have to keep track of all the ones I've already missed, if you see what I mean.
Yes I see what you mean, but surely this would have other consequences, as then for example you will always get the last answer correct, because every other answer is either correct or eliminated?
I kept having to try again because I forgot to work around the board rather than through the cards (where the utilities and stations follow the roads)! 😫

I only got to the Oranges with 30 seconds left, mad rush!
I'm usually really quick on quizzes too so this was a challenge.
