To be fair, unless you're clicking on the links in the instructions, you won't realize that the quizzes referenced are presidential quizzes, and the title of this quiz is simply "leaders".
I had to use the generic "leader" term since some are Presidents and some are Prime Ministers. I've updated the quiz now to show which is asked for under their respective country.
Instructions should probably include something about elected leaders or leaders of the modern era, because I doubt this list would be accurate if Elizabeth I or Louis XIV or Napoleon were in the running...
As per the instructions, the answers come from the quizzes 'US Presidents', 'CA Prime Ministers', 'UK Prime Ministers', 'AUS Prime Ministers', 'FR Presidents' and 'IS Prime Ministers'
So yes, the list would not be accurate if they were in the running
Well, no. The instructions don't say that the answers come from those quizzes, they just provide country abbreviation links to those quizzes. I don't click the links in quiz instructions because it seems like cheating. So all I saw were instructions to name the world leaders of those countries before I took the quiz.
Since some are Presidents and some are Prime Ministers, I've updated the quiz now to show which is asked for under their respective country. I hope this suffices.
He never was a president of France! But you're right in a way, the quiz is flawed, especially for France which has had a bunch of different regimes. During the third republic, the president was more like the king in constitutional monarchies, the power was held by the president of the council of ministers (who was like a prime minister).
I wasted SO much time trying to spell the French! Then a mental block remembering ANY of our Australian Prime Ministers. In all fairness, it seems we have another one every other month.
to be super technical, haha, they share similar names but the younger is often referred simply by his middle initial, "W". Whereas you usually specify George H.W. or Bush Sr (at least in my family)
So yes, the list would not be accurate if they were in the running
Clinically depressing!
1. Bush Jr. is now more guessed than Sr.
2. Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak are tied, more guessed than David Cameron
3. Anthony Albanese has beaten out Malcolm Turnbull
