Birth rates are still high compared to the rest of the world, and fewer people live to see old age due to lack of medical resources.

I am not sure if it is only me, but I thought the title referred to the age of the country and started spamming the Balkans before I noticed that it refers to the age of the people.

I also had the same problem, maybe it should be clarified in the description?

I don't see how "whose populations have the lowest median age" could be interpreted as country's sovereignty age. Especially since "median age" has absolutely no meaning when talking about a country itself, since that wouldn't have a "median". Also it clearly says populations.

But fine, if it's still a "problem" then I'll add yet another caveat making it abundantly clear.

hmm... could be more bold.

On a serious note, it's interesting what the future has to offer.
