What is the source for this info? Can it be updated with current data? (Swaziland)

I think most consider deaths-per-vehicle, rather than deaths per capita to be a more useful stat. In countries where vehicle ownership is the minority, the population and % vehicle ownership can really swing the stats around more than the number of accidents.
