The official UN list of member states (http://www.un.org/en/member-states/index.html) has no "The" in front of "Bahamas", lists "Brunei Darussalam", calls North Korea "Democratic People's Republic of Korea", lists "Guinea Bissau" without a dash, calls South Korea "Republic of Korea", and calls Russia "Russian Federation". If you say that you're using JetPunk names and not UN names, then you're missing "United States".

what i meant 'by recognised by the un' was the normal name for the country not the UN name. Guinea Bissau does normally have a dash so that is why it has not been included.
