Oryol should be accepted as it's the (only) correct transliteration. Never mind that they don't always print their umlauts.

The clue "football club of this city was champions in 2004" is misleading. Terek Grozny were the cup holders (the league and the cup are two separate competitions) that year and never were champions of the country.
