Busiest U.S. Airports on a Map

Can you name the cities of which the busiest airports of the U.S. serve?
I am only using one airport per city although some of the cities second airports would be on the list, it's just because there is no need to put two for one on a map.

Fun fact: when going to the San Jose airport from north, the planes go past the airport and then turn around to avoid traffic from the San Francisco airport. Also, nice quiz

Thanks! That is pretty interesting too, it is interesting to have two very busy airports right next to each other like Newark and New York City for example
