World War 2 Surrender Order

Answer which country surrendered, concluded an armistice, or capitulated on the date given. Some countries have several dates (ex: regime offers armistice, but army surrenders days later). I tried to pick the most adequate one. Let me know if I missed any, or if there are any more precise dates!
