You should accept the teams without United and City. For example you should accept just Norwich instead of Norwich City, Newcastle instead of Newcastle United, Tottenham instead of Tottenham Hotspur,etc...

I just typed the names in. Don't know how change it to do that. Not that hard though to add on a little bit extra.

When you're making the quiz, next to the answers there is a box that says Type-Ins. You press edit and you write what can be accepted as an answer. It's not that hard but some people may not know the whole name of the team.
