No, the population in Atlanta is around 520 000.

More than a little surprised to see Winnipeg being bigger than Washington DC.

This uses city proper, unlike most of Jetpunk, which uses urban area. I think that at least Atlanta, Washington D.C., Buenos Aires, Orlando, and Los Angeles would come out on top using urban areas, and possibly more. I should go make that a quiz.
