How many of the 50 biggest cities that are further north than the Equator and further west than the Prime Meridian can you name?
Yes, I'm aware of the fact that it's not really a hemisphere, but for me, a semihemisphere or a quadrasphere sounds very strange. If you have better ideas, please let me know :)
