Thirdly, the top ten pokemon with the lowest speed (and are fully evolved) are Shuckle, pyukumuku, stakataka, pincurchin, torkoal, ferrothorn, mega sableye, escavlier, mega camerupt and greedent. I know most of these weren't a thing when this quiz was made, but there is no excuse for missing shuckle, the slowest pokemon of all time!
