Probably (in the cases where it actually is true, which isn't all of them) because the enforcement of an authoritarian religious or quasi-religious ideology is connected to the banning of any book disagreeing with that particular ideology and to terrorism against groups disagreeing with the ideology. If these countries allowed the Bible I doubt that would reduce terrorism there.
