Minor error- RI-NC doesn't exist. I assume you mean RI-MA or RI-CT. Not sure which direction Providence Metro area goes.

Looked at a map and saw that Providence is on the Rhode Island-Massachusetts border. Thanks for pointing it out. How could I think Rhode Island and North Carolina touch each other?
