What's this based and how is Beijing not on here? They're notorious for planes having a late takeoff time. I flew from Beijing to Busan and we had to wait an extra two hours for the plane to leave.

As mentioned in the caveats, it is based on a survey by Sleeping in Airports. It's not based on how often flights get delayed or destination accessibility etc.

I have the criteria mentioned there too. But in short, it's got more to do with the airport standard itself. The cleanliness, service, how easy it is to get around, security, size in comparison to the amount of travellers. Stuff like that.
