Surprising that there wasn't one for Russia/Soviet Union. Also, you haven't included Blue (peacetime readiness).

I was surprised at that as well, although the Russians were in the midst of a revolution. The US did send 1000's of troops to Russia's Pacific coast to protect it from Japan. And they sent a lot of aid to anti-Bolsheviks during this period.

And for War Plan Blue I didn't want to include it because it wasn't much of a "war plan". It didn't really fit, with all the others being certain countries or areas. You think I should add it?

We obviously weren't ready for those gol-durn Canadians.

Haha, War Plan Red was actually essentially just invading Canada to cut off the UK's resources. Also they knew Canada would be used as a "springboard" to attack the US.

Nor VietNam nor Iraq nor Afghanistan.

All the others make sense, but why Iceland? And what on earth do you need to invade yourself for?

Iceland is in a strategic location near mainland Europe, remember this was right after WWI ended. In fact when Germany invaded Denmark in WWII (which Iceland was in a "personal union" with), the US and UK DID occupy Iceland.

And War Plan White "dealt with a domestic uprising in the US, and later evolved to Operation Garden Plot, the general US military plan for civil disturbances and peaceful protests. Parts of War Plan White were used to deal with the Bonus Expeditionary Force in 1932. Communist insurgents were considered the most likely threat."

I think the U.S. did have a civil war already.
