A really cool and well made quiz! Got them all with 2:33 remaining. :) I love it that you use not only major plot points, but also some minor ones (e.g. Ron receives Piggy as a present or Harry finds out the truth about Mrs Figg) which still point to a specific event.

One can argue that the first encounter with Diggory happened during the first game Harry lost and that Harry saw Dumbledore's eye before he left the Dursleys, but these are just minor details and one can easily figure out what was actually meant. :)

Just a tip: it's McLaggen (for 39) and Dursleys (for 43).
