I said Hotel Rexford, which is the exact building in which you find Vault-Tec rep as a ghoul. Please allow this to be a correct answer. Also, adding faction-exclusive companion max affinity perks could make it harder than the MacCready or Nick perks, as not many people know X6-88's companion perk, or even, say, Porter Gage's.
