So we know the IQs--to a tenth of a point!--of presidents who didn't take an IQ test? Just how low do you think my IQ is?

I'm curious how these individuals were tested or how these IQs were measured. If IQ is indeed a product of both genetics and environment, then I'm amazed that a man who was born of poor, illiterate parents and who basically taught himself to read (Lincoln) has a higher IQ score than a West Point graduate (Eisenhower), or that a man who has been ostracized and condemned as being the worst and most ineffectual president ever (Carter) has the sixth highest IQ (145.1) of all of our presidents! Hmm.
