Scouting is for life, so no, Eagle or Queen's, are not the highest rank. In UK Chief Scout is the highest rank and it is honorary and the holder works quite hard for the whole organisation.
Only knew tepid because I love Tepig (Pokémon), and I knew Pignite and Emboar had pun names and I wanted to know Tepig's. So, a few years ago I googled it and found it was tepid!
In Cookery Class, my teacher was teaching us how to bake bread. She went on for literally 30 minutes about the word 'tepid', how it is basically lukewarm, and then she described how tepid water has an effect on bread and yeast, how tepid water is *this* temperature, and how it is VERY important to have tepid water and it is VITAL to get it right. Goodness, what a spirited teacher I have.
Luckily my geog teacher is a bit more 'to the point'. #Eyjafjallajokull
Goblet & Balloon should count as well as Snifter. Maradona should read 'Infamous' not famous. I read the I as an L and thought is was 'There's no L in Christmas"
Even though everyone knows perfectly well what you meant and that you're not referring to the ceremonial figurehead of the organization, maybe change the Boy Scouts question to "What is the highest youth award in the Boy Scouts of America?" just to head off more complaints. Could you maybe specify that the question refers to Chinese restaurants in America? I've never seen fortune cookies in France, Germany, the UK, or China - which are all the countries I've eaten Chinese food in. (As a side note: in France, you often get a little ceramic shot glass of liquor with a naked lady or gentleman at the bottom)
! it is SALT

You seem to forget that Scouts is for life. And many countries don't have Eagle Scouts, including the country where it began, which is Britain.
