Interesting quiz, but there is no way "South Africa" was formerly called the "Orange Free State". The OFS was one of 4 separate entities (the second smallest) which combined to form South Africa. It is a bit like saying a former name of the USA is South Carolina.

There is a modern province of South Africa called "Free State" which correlates to the old borders of the OFS. Suggest you amend your quiz to ask a question about the province?
