Beachfront technically, but probably not a nice one. The Mississippi River is notoriously muddy. Living in New Orleans, we drive over to Florida before finding clear water beaches.

Where kc and st louis? Or seattle? Or like, half of the cities that are larger then tucson actually were not flooded
