Funny, I just watched a documentary today about countries like Saudi Arabia that make fresh water out of salty sea water and then having big environmental problems with dumping all that salt. I was sure to see at least some of the countries mentioned in doc here, but no! A business idea for the Saudis?

Good interesting quiz. I was surprised that no African States produce Salt in great quantity. I would have thought that the countries bordering the Sahara and Mediterranean Sea or Atlantic would have the perfect situation for Salt production.
